WRI LLC is in the business of supplying affordable homes and condominiums for lease to mid to low income families. It is our goal to increase available units through acquisitions using low interest loans and government grants. WRI LLC will continue to work with local HUD offices to provide subsidized housing to aid families in need in the Metropolitan Phoenix area. We are also supplying housing that is non-subsidized to round out and accompany different income levels.
